Ryan Awolola founded Goldstar Property Group with a clear mission: to bring a client-first, solutions-driven approach to both residential and commercial real estate. With a nationwide focus, Ryan and his team specialize in helping sellers and investors navigate commercial and residential properties across the United States.

A Greenville, South Carolina native, Ryan studied Business Management and Finance at the College of Charleston. He launched his career as a sales and leasing consultant with Carlton Mercedes-Benz, where he quickly earned top sales awards. His passion for people, paired with a strong drive for excellence, led him to expand his professional reach—joining the PULSE Young Professionals Organization through the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson Chamber of Commerce.

Following the 2008 economic downturn, Ryan moved to New York City and obtained his securities license, working with a small Wall Street firm. There, he refined his expertise in business development, team leadership, and client strategy—skills that continue to fuel his success in real estate today.

Ryan’s clients value his transparency, tenacity, and deep market knowledge. Whether guiding a landlord who is retiring or advising a commercial investor, he brings integrity, insight, and a tireless work ethic to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Ryan is a proud board member of the Springfield Baptist Church AJ Whittenberg Scholarship Fund Committee and an active member of Springfield Baptist Church. He enjoys spending time with family and close friends, cheering on both college and pro football and basketball, and appreciating art, film, and live music. A former captain of his high school wrestling team, Ryan brings that same discipline and focus into every facet of his life and business
